That is part of the brief. WordPress builds use structured content and reusable Gutenberg patterns, with documentation and a handover so your team can handle agreed editing tasks confidently.

Not by default. I focus on custom block themes, native editing tools, and lightweight code. Existing page-builder projects can be evaluated during discovery rather than making assumptions about the best migration route.

Your platform and accounts should remain under your control. The final proposal sets out ownership, access, and any third-party license requirements clearly. I do not require proprietary hosting.

Pricing follows a defined scope. Page types, custom functionality, integrations, content readiness, and migration complexity all affect the work involved. Share a brief and I will propose the appropriate scope and quote; no universal starting price is listed here.

The schedule depends on scope and on the readiness of content, feedback, and integrations. We agree milestones and a realistic timeline before development starts. A fixed delivery date is not promised before reviewing the requirements.

Yes. We begin with an inventory of content, URLs, integrations, and technical risks. Development and migration are rehearsed on staging, with redirect planning and an agreed launch approach.

Post-launch support is part of my working approach. Its duration, coverage, and any ongoing maintenance arrangement are defined in the proposal so both sides know exactly what is included.

No blanket guarantee is made. Performance improvements should be measured under documented conditions. Hosting, third-party services, content, and the visitor's device or connection can all influence the experience.
